I work with all our staff, managers and leaders to create a great place to work. This is a varied role which includes culture and values; diversity, equality, inclusion and belonging; leadership and management development; and employee engagement.
I am on a two-year secondment from my substantive role as Organisational Development and Learning Manager, which I return to in January 2025.
I have over 20 years’ experience in managing and developing organisations, groups and individuals, both as a Human Resources generalist and as a specialist Organisational Development practitioner.
I am a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. I hold a post-graduate qualification in Facilitation from Henley Business School and the ILM L7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring. I am also a qualified psychometric practitioner, holding accreditations in Insights Discovery, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and SHL’s Occupational Personality Questionnaire, amongst others, and the British Psychological Society’s Level A and Level B qualifications in occupational test use.
My first degree is in Modern Languages and Marketing. I am a francophile, having lived in Paris for two years and having spent holidays in France every year since – I love French culture, language, food, wine and mountains (though I will happily walk up mountains anywhere).
